No. There is no long-term contract, and you can cancel at any time. If your municipality or business wants a contract, we can provide that as well but it it not required.

What payment provider do you work with?

Barkpass works with one of the world's leading payment platforms, Stripe. If this is an issue for your organization, speak with us about other options.

When do I get a payout?

Stripe typically issues payouts within 48 hours of transactions. BarkPass does not hold funds.

Is there a cap on how many pets can be registered?

No. BarkPass supports unlimited pets, customers, team members, and administrators on all plans.

Can my organization be tax exempt?

Accepted Answer

Yes. If your organization is tax-exempt, mark that in your BarkPass settings and you will not be charged tax on your subscription.

Are transaction fees included?

Accepted Answer

No. BarkPass charges transaction fees on payments processed through the platform. For Business clients, these fee deducted from sales transactions. For Municipal clients, these can be absorbed by the municipality or passed to residents at checkout, depending on configuration.
