These terms of service (“Terms”) describe your rights as a user of the software, Barkpass (“Service”).
By using this Service, you agree to accept all Terms written in this policy. You must not use this Service if you disagree with any of these Terms.
Barkpass may revise these Terms at any time it sees fit, so please check back often to review the latest Terms.
Intellectual Property Rights
Barkpass owns all the intellectual property rights and materials contained in this Service. You are not to reverse engineer or misuse the Service in any way.
As a customer, you retain ownership of the content you upload, such as your pet documentation and payment information. If you sign up for multiple accounts within Barkpass, your information will be shared across entities that you pay for. For example, signing up for a dog park pass in two different cities through one Barkpass account.
The Service is provided “as is,” with all faults, and Barkpass expresses no representations or warranties, of any kind, related to this Service or the materials contained within this Service.
Limitation of liability
Barkpass shall not be held liable for any indirect, consequential or special liability arising out of or in any way related to your use of this Service.
Cancellation and Termination
You may cancel your account and terminate the Terms at any time by contacting Barkpass support. Upon termination by either party for any reason, you will no longer have access to your account.
If Barkpass suspects fraudulent activity on your behalf with the Service, your account may be suspended or terminated.
Barkpass issues refunds in accordance with our client contracts and their refund policies. These may vary from client to client.
Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms will be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State of Iowa, and you submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Iowa for the resolution of any disputes.
