🚀 Rapid Check-In

Checking in dogs just got faster. Staff can now use the QR Code scanner to check in dogs continuously, without stopping between scans. The system will only pause if a pet does not have an active pass, allowing your team to keep lines moving during peak hours.

What’s new:

  • Continuous scanning workflow

  • Automatic validation and check-in of active passes

  • Replaces the previous one-at-a-time check-in experience


✍️ Signature Capture for Terms & Conditions

More flexibility for compliance and record-keeping. You can now capture a customer’s signature when accepting Terms & Conditions. Within Pass Setup, simply choose Signature instead of Checkbox to activate signature capture. Once signed, the customer automatically receives a link to their signed record for their own records.

What’s new:

  • Signature capture option for Terms & Conditions

  • Automatic delivery of a link to the signed record

  • Supports stronger compliance and audit trails


🔍 Scan from Universal Search

Built from your feedback. For teams that prefer to review a customer or pet record before check-in, we’ve added a scan option directly to the universal search bar. Scanning a QR code opens the pet’s record, where you’ll now find a quick link under Actions to jump to the check-in page.

What’s new:

  • QR code scan from the universal search bar

  • Direct access to the pet’s record

  • One-click link to check-in from the Actions menu
