New Reports Available

Two new reports went live this month:

• Passes Report

  • Introduced a new report that provides a quick count of active passes across the system.

  • Designed to support clients with multiple pass types and varying pass durations.

  • Includes visibility into upcoming renewals within 30- and 90-day windows to support renewal planning, targeted communications beyond automated messages, and revenue forecasting.

  • A detailed view allows users to export or review active passholders by expiration date.

• Activities Report

  • Added a new report that captures all staff activity within BarkPass.

  • Enables managers to assess staffing levels, workload distribution, and operational efficiency.

  • The detailed view allows managers to see which staff members assisted individual customers.
