MyBarkPass Enhancements: Focused on Your Customers' Experience

Over the next few months, we’ll be dedicating our development efforts to new feature requests that continue to improve your customers’ experience on mybarkpass.com. The first round of updates that went live include:


  • Pass Ordering for Admins

    Admins can now easily order, and reorder passes as they appear on the website. This feature makes sure passes are organized in a way that makes the most sense to your customers and/or matches your priorities for sales. See how to reorder passes: HERE


  • Improved Pet Validation on My Pets Page

    BarkPass now ensures customers can only create pets that align with the passes you offer. For example, if only dog passes are available, customers will no longer be able to add cats, even outside the application process.


  • Pass Descriptions

    You can now add a description for each pass, giving customers helpful details before they make a selection, especially valuable when multiple pass options are available.


We’re excited to focus on MyBarkPass enhancements in the coming months, knowing that every small improvement helps reduce friction for your customers, drive additional revenue, and minimize support needs. More updates are on the way, stay tuned!
