Making Renewals Easier for Your Residents

We’ve rolled out two important updates to MyBarkPass this week, focused on reducing user friction based on direct feedback and an internal accessibility and logic (AL) review.

✅ Update 1: Streamlined Login for Active Users: Users with active passes will now land directly on the My Pets page when they log in. This makes it faster and more intuitive to renew a license or update vaccination records.

✅ Update 2: Smarter Multi-Pet Renewals: When renewing for multiple pets, users will now start by selecting which pets they want to renew. This helps avoid confusion with pets on different schedules—or those no longer in the household.
