New Pet Microchip Field Added

Today we added a dedicated Microchip field to the pet record as part of upcoming integration enhancements and future improvements to our data import tool.

Because microchip numbers follow very specific formatting standards (most commonly 9, 10, or 15 digits), this new field is designed to support cleaner, more consistent data entry and validation.

If your community previously created a custom field to store microchip information, please contact support and we can assist with migrating that data into the new standardized field.
