  • Residents will see your organization represented directly within their mobile wallet

  • Provides a more white-labeled and cohesive user experience

Benefits

  • Strengthens your organization’s brand visibility

  • Creates a more trusted and consistent experience for residents

  • Reduces third-party branding confusion during pass presentation and check-in

Pass-Level Check-In Controls with Day & Hour Restrictions

Organizations can now control check-in access at the individual Pass level. In addition to enabling check-in at the organization level, admins can configure when a specific Pass is eligible for check-in by setting allowed days of the week and hours of the day.

A new “Check-In Settings” section has been added under Pass Settings. By default, check-in is allowed, but admins can choose to limit access by:

  • Selecting specific days of the week a Pass is active

  • Defining time windows for check-in during each day

To disable check-in for a specific Pass, simply enable “limit hours” and leave the scheduling fields blank.
